Thank you to all of our Booster Club members for your support and for continuing to participate in our ongoing fundraising efforts. We have two grocery shopping options that provide us with an ongoing revenue stream and all you have to do is shop! If you have not register for the Fry’s Community Rewards Program or purchased a Basha’s Community Support Card, here is more information for you. Your friends and family members can also participate in these programs!
- Fry’s Community Rewards Program provides a fundraising system for community organizations. Fry’s has funds available that are split quarterly between organizations by the percent earned by each organization. Find out more here or pick up instructions at the studio next to the Booster mailbox.
- Basha’s Community Support Cards are now available! Cards are $5 each and come loaded with $5. The card is reloadable and BC Boosters get 6% of all money loaded to the card. See Kym Puffenbarger or email email@example.com to purchase a card. Cards are also good at AJs and Food City! Find out more about the program here.
Our Breakfast at Tiffany chance drawing has started! Chance tickets are $50 each and the winner will receive a champagne breakfast and $1,000 shopping spree at Tiffany. The winner will be announced at our Sleeping Beauty Sweet Dreams Showcase in June.
Another great way to increase the funds available to our dancers is to make a tax deductible donation. A sample donation request letter will be made available for Booster members to use. Also, be sure to check with your employer to see if they will match your donation. For example, Wyndham will match any donation up to $100.
At our meeting earlier this month we heard a lot of feedback from members and are taking all of your suggestions under consideration. We are working on some additional fundraising opportunities for the spring including another round of Butter Braid sales and a clothing donation drive.
